Shipping and Returns
Emergency Safety Supply LLC (ESS) guarantees that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.
We can ship products anywhere in the United States or Internationally. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.
Items in stock will typically ship out within 24 hours, unless its the weekend.
If your order contains items we cannot get to you within the allotted time frame for the shipping method you chose, we will be in contact with an updated estimated shipping time.
All items will ship next business day after your order is placed. Items are not shipped on weekends.
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.
Due to a high risk of fraud with international orders, we will not process international orders through our website www.emergencysafetysupply.com with a wire transfer or PayPal only.
We can take international orders over the phone so please call us at 1-800-660-1377 ext 1 (sales) Monday - Thursday 8 AM-4 PM PST and Fridays from 8 PM - 3 PM PST.
Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so call us to discuss if the items you are interested in can be shipped internationally.
Return, Exchange Policy and Cancellations
Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange.
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.
Refunds for items returned within 15 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type. (excluding wearable items, such as Knee and Back Braces)
Any claims for a damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.
If you decide you do not want a product that you have purchased from ESS and wish to return it.
ESS reserves the right to charge you a 15% restocking fee or refuse the return altogether.
- Item(s) must be returned for refund or exchange within 15 days of original purchase.
- Item(s) and packaging must be received in new condition.
- Original manufacturer's packaging must not be damaged.
- Packaging must include all original items, manuals etc.
- RMA/RGA must be clearly marked on the shipping box.
- Return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sale receipt.
